Private Sessions with our Therapists

Private physical therapy sessions are one-on-one with the therapist, as opposed to group sessions in a larger clinic or hospital setting.

Private physical therapy if preferred by patients who want more individualized attention from their physical therapist and a more personalized treatment plan tailored to their needs.

One patient per hour

Our Physical Therapy visits are always 1-1 and direct with either a licensed Physical Therapist or a Physical Therapy Assistant. Our team will only see 1 patient per hour so you will always have our undivided attention for the entirety of your appointment.

Manual therapy & individualized exercise programs

One of the most effective approaches to physical therapy is to combine hands-on, manual therapy with an individualized exercise program. Our manual therapy involves the skilled manipulation of muscles, joints, and soft tissues to improve circulation, reduce pain, and increase range of motion. This approach can be especially beneficial for patients with joint and soft tissue injuries, as well as those recovering from surgery.
